Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You do not have to set up an account but setting up an account saves you the hassle of filling in your details every time you shop with us. Setting up an account with us also allows you to get first hand, exclusive updates regarding launches, promotions and sales and entitles you to birthday discounts.

What if an item is out of stock?

We are sorry you weren’t able to get hold of your desired item! If you wish to be notified on its availability, leave your email address under ‘NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE’.

Are the items added to my cart reserved?

Adding items to your cart does not mean the item(s) is reserved. Your order is only confirmed upon payment completion. For payments via ibanking, your orders will be held for 24 hours. Cut off time for order processing is 6p.m the next working day. Please ensure that your payment is in by then before your order is cancelled.


What are the available modes of payment?

All payments can be made via the following:

  • PayPal
    PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments online. Transaction fee will be absorbed by Vainpot.
  • iBanking
    Bank transfer is accepted for transfers from Singaporean banks only, excluding ATM Transfers. Payments via Bank Transfer are manually verified before 6p.m the next working day.
    After making the transfer, please email the screenshot of the transaction confirmation with the following details to for verification:

Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

How do I apply voucher codes or store credits?

How to apply voucher code: You can simply input that code upon check out at the “Order Summary” stage of your check out process. Click on “Apply” and if the code is valid, the discount will be reflected instantly. Do take note that the voucher code is usually only valid for a specified promotional period, unless otherwise stated. Voucher code has to be entered upon purchase to be valid. Discount can’t be applied on an order retrospectively (i.e. after it has been successfully made).

How to apply store credit: Manually enter your desired amount of your store credit into ‘Store Credit’ blank. Your total amount of store credit is shown on the upper right hand corner of our website besides the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon.

I placed my order, but I forgot to use my discount. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot apply any discounts. Please ensure that you use the codes you want before placing your order.

What can I do to get the latest updates and promotions from Vainpot?

You can sign up to be on our newsletter, and follow us on Instagram and Facebook. We do spring surprises up from time to time, so you would be pleasantly surprised!


What are the various modes of delivery and how long will it take?

Upon placing the order and 1-2 business days needed for processing, your parcel will be dispatched to our courier partner Easy Parcel or Singpost. Orders made after 6pm will be processed the next business day.

Our courier partners will deliver within the following time frames:

  • Standard Courier (Easy Parcel): Within 3 business days upon dispatch
  • Singpost Normal Mail: 3 – 7 business days upon dispatch

Please note that during peak/ festive seasons, deliveries may be delayed 1-2 business days.

Normal Mail via SingPost parcels do not have tracking services. Parcels are deposited at posting boxes for pick up by SingPost. Items should reach you in 2 – 6 working days when shipping confirmation is received via email from Vainpot,

Vainpot will not be held liable for lost packages shipped via Normal Mail. While it is rare for normal mails to be lost, it does happen. We do our part in handling the parcels (including a return address, securing your parcel the best we can), but there is a limit to what we can do after the parcel is dispatched.
All enquiries regarding lost mail will go through a standard procedure of confirming mailing addresses first. SingPost’s standard reply for such enquiry on normal mails is that normal mails do not have any tracking features and their movement is untraceable and unrecorded in their system. As such, they are unable to provide us, and you, more information on the location of your parcel.
We will keep you updated if the item is returned but we will not be accountable for your items. It is highly recommended to choose a mode of delivery that has tracking.

How much will shipping cost?

Orders under SGD 50 will be charged a small shipping fee of SGD 4.50. Delivery is free for orders above SGD50.
Payment for delivery is required for every order, unless you opt for Self Collection. However, we do have postage promotions from time to time, so do sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

Do you ship internationally?

Vainpot ships internationally using Easyship. Shipping fee is calculated according to the weight and your region. Total shipping will be reflected upon checkout. You will be given a tracking number once your order is delivered out.

International taxes and customs charges 
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.
All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

Is self collection available?

Self Pick-up (within Singapore)
If you prefer to self pick-up your parcel instead of having them mailed out, you may do so at our main office which is located 5-minute walk from Republic Polytechnic. The full address will be disclosed via email upon confirmation of your appointment. Kindly note to await for the email notification that will be sent to your email, that will notify you that your item is ready for collection, before coming down to collect your parcel. Any transport expenses incurred for the pick-up will not be reimbursed. As such, please only select the option of Self Pick-up if you are comfortable with traveling to our office at your own expense.
Parcels not collected within 3 months will be deemed as Vainpot’s property and no refund will be offered as sufficient response time has been given to the customer. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, all delivery options offered within Singapore and for International customers can be tracked. You can login to your account and track your order. You will be notified of the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. To track your order, kindly refer to your order shipped email. Use the tracking reference and track your orders with the shipping link provided in the email.
