You understand and accept that all information, data, text, digital images, graphics, audio, video, message, coding, promotions or other material appearing on this site, collectively referred to as “Web Content”, are owned by Vainpot. Downloading or storing this content does not provide the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against unauthorized usage. Permission is hereby granted to display, copy and download our Web Content for non-commercial, personal use provided that no modifications are made to the materials and that all trademark and copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials are retained. Credits should also be prominently and explicitly given n the materials used by stated @Vainpotsg and Vaintpot.com.sg
All payments can be made via the following:
PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments online. Transaction fee will be absorbed by Vainpot.
Bank transfer is accepted for transfers from Singaporean banks only, excluding ATM Transfers. Payments via Bank Transfer are manually verified before 6p.m the next working day.
After making the transfer, please email the screenshot of the transaction confirmation with the following details to firstname.lastname@example.org for verification:

Your orders will be held for 24 hours. Cut off time for order processing is 6p.m the next working day. Please ensure that your payment is in by then before your order is cancelled.
Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore). Prices stated for each item are not inclusive of mailing charges. Price of postage includes handling fees as well. All orders will be shipped via Easyship, of which you will receive a tracking number once your orders have been shipped. All paid orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been sent for delivery, it will take about 2-3 business days to reach you.
Self Collection is highly recommended for bulky and urgent orders. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Kindly provide your name, order number and item description upon collection. If you are unable to collect your order, you can send someone else to collect on your behalf. The person must provitde his/her name with all self collection details (order number, name of which order is under, and item description).
Self Collection is at our office at 30 Marsiling Ind Est Rd 5, #05-05A, between 11am – 7pm.
Unclaimed Self Collection Order
Self collection is limited to Singapore orders only. Self Collection orders that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Vainpot’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given to the customer.
In the event of bounced parcels, we’ll be in touch via email. However please note that, unless it is an error on our part, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer, or terminate your order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the parcel. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer. Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Vainpot’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given to the customer.
In order to use the vouchers, voucher codes must be entered at the checkout page. If you do not do so, we are unable to apply the voucher to your purchase. Your order summary will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
Vouchers codes are to be used for a one time purchase only, and cannot be used for sale items.
Voucher codes issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferable in nature and are not exchangeable for cash. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher codes (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those vouchers in addition to these terms. Vainpot reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotions at any time without notice.
Store credit is credit that you can use towards the purchase of an item from our Site. It comes in the form of an electronic voucher. Store credit is valid to a maximum period of 3 months from the date of issue. If it is not utilised within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited. Store credit issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature and are not exchangeable for cash. The value of each individual store credit has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
When editing images for display on our site, we always strive to produce the most realistic colours of the merchandises. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. This applies especially for brighter hues. As such, requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will not be entertained.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene purposes, ALL sales are final. Goods once purchased are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
Defective & Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective item, do kindly email to our customer care at email@example.com with a picture of the defect item short description.
Postage amount (for the customer to return the item) will be reimbursed in the form of store credits, for all items acknowledged to be defective. All defective items are to reach us within 20 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 30 business days for international orders. Items must be unused, and with its tags intact. If the replacement item is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued. Please refer to here for more information.
