Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans may change.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 • Orders may be cancelled before packing or shipment.

 • Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.

Payment Processing Fees

All payments made via credit/debit card, PayNow, or other online payment gateways incur non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

If a paid order is cancelled after payment confirmation, the refund will be processed minus the payment processing fee (approximately 3–4% of the total order value).

This fee is not retained by Vainpot and is non-recoverable from the payment provider.

Store Credit Option

Alternatively, customers may opt to receive the full amount as store credit (valid for 12 months) with no deductions.

Pre-Order & Full Set Purchases

Pre-order items and full set purchases are considered committed orders and are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed, unless defective.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
