Moding Drawing Matte Top Gel / C11

As an art base (for drawing / watercolour):

1. After colour gel, apply a thin coat of C11 Drawing Matte Top Gel and cure 60s.
2. Paint with liner/painting gels or draw with pencil/ marker art.

As a matte top gel (for best, longer-lasting texture):

1. Apply a very thin layer of C05 Reinforcement Builder Gel, cure 60s.
2. Wipe off the inhibition (tacky) layer, then lightly buff with a sponge to knock down shine.
3. Apply C11 Drawing Matte Top Gel and cure 60s.

** This prevents the inhibition layer affecting the matte feel and keeps the matte effect longer.
